Volunteers play a very important part in what we do at New Auckland Place. We would like to thank our existing volunteers who give their valuable time every week to improve the lives of our residents. We thank you for all of your assistance, efforts and love; you are greatly appreciated by us all.

All of our volunteers must have an aged care police check. Volunteers are provided full induction training prior to commencement. If you have some spare time, are looking to develop your skills, or would like to share your existing skills, please give us a call.
We currently have vacancies for:
Bingo & HOY Coordinators - 9am - 12noon each Monday, Wednesday, and some Friday mornings. If you have a few hours to spare on any of these days we would love to hear from you.
Morning walking buddies - 9am - 10am any weekday mornings.
Newspaper readers - any morning.
1 to 1 visitors - any day or time is appreciated.
Craft coordinators - A few hours each week the day and time that suits you.
Art & craft teachers - weekly morning or afternoons.
Special visitors - these visitors visit residents who don’t have family close by they spend quality time with the resident 1 to 1.
Musicians or entertainers - if you are musical or have another talent that you would like to share.
